When it comes to the gender pay gap, women in Argentina are more confident than women on average in G20 economies that they make at least as much money as men doing the same job.
More women in Argentina's workplaces also see themselves as having equal access to jobs, professional development and career growth opportunities than their G20 female counterparts overall, according to the poll findings.
Yet they are less confident of their networking opportunities on the job - only about a third of women in Argentina said they think they have the same access as men to business networks.
Harassment was cited by Argentinian women as their major challenge in the workplace with 31 percent saying they had faced harassment at work but only 14 percent of them always or most of the time reporting this.
