Of all the women in the G20 countries, Brazilian women were most confident when asked if they could have children without damaging their career with 74 percent saying they could have both. However, equal pay to men was cited as the biggest challenge in the workplace with 43 percent of women saying the issue bothered them most followed by work-life balance and harassment.
When it comes to harassment, more than a third of women working in Brazil, or 36 percent, have experienced it but only 10 percent would report the matter.
