When it came to voicing worries about receiving equal pay to men, Germany topped the list with 64 percent of women in the world's fourth biggest economy citing it as the major issue in the workplace. Female workforce participation in Germany is the second highest in the G20, at about 72 percent, just behind Canada, but few women were confident about balancing work and family life with only 21 percent saying they could have children without it hurting their career.
When it comes to harassment, 28 percent of German women said they had experienced in the workplace but of these only 18 percent said they would report it.
