Looking at opportunities to start a new business, women in Mexico are among the most optimistic across G20 countries in thinking it is as easy to start a new business as it is for men. The poll found more than half of Mexican women agreed with that viewpoint.
Roughly the same number of Mexican women are confident they can have a family without damaging their careers but cite access to childcare and finding a balance between work and personal life among the most critical workplace issues, our poll found.
Harassment at work was the major challenge at work cited by almost half Mexican women with 37 percent having been harassed at work but only a quarter of them reporting it.
