When it came to voicing concerns about work-life balance, Russia topped the G20 list with 60 percent of women citing it as the major challenge at work while 51 percent were concerned about flexible working arrangements. Despite their reservations, 56 percent of Russian women said having a family did not damage their careers. Figures show that nearly 70 percent of women work in Russia.
When it came to harassment only 7 percent of women in Russia said they would often or most often report it, even though one in four (25 percent) said they had been harassed by colleagues either in-person or online.
